The Egyptian Operation & Maintenance Power Company is an affiliate operation & maintenance company to PGESCo (Power Engineering & Services Company) Organization. The Company was incorporated in Egypt in 1999, and is engaged principally in operation & maintenance of power generating stations. The percentages of the total capitalization of the company are as follows:

1. Power Generation Engineering and Services Company (PGESCo) 50% 

2. Bechtel Corporation (Bechtel) 25% 

3. Commercial International Bank (CIB) 25%
