As a part of PGESCo continuous relationship with Bechtel, PGESCo commenced in early 2004 employing a quality control methodology know as Six Sigma, which has been successfully employed by Bechtel since 2000. Six Sigma is a data-driven problem-solving Business management approach where process inputs / variables are identified and optimized to impact the output. It uses a rigorous set of tools and methodologies designed with one purpose in mind to produce a dramatic improvement in work, quality, profitability, customer, employee satisfaction and leadership of business enterprises.
